A long-haul journey deserves a finish that has been measured, not described. We read your starting shade with a spectrophotometer, simulate the result on your own teeth, treat toward it, and verify the outcome before you leave. If the reading does not meet the agreed target, the treatment is on us. There is no clause beneath that one.
Your starting shade is read with a VITA-calibrated spectrophotometer, the same instrument prosthetic labs trust to match porcelain. From the first reading to the last, the numbers belong to you, not the dentist's eye.
A single, continuous tone across the arch, not a brilliant centre and a forgotten edge. Three measured cycles, with the gel reformulated between each, so the finish reads as one piece in any light.
Before any gel is placed, your finished shade is rendered onto your own teeth. You consider it, refine it, and sign off, and only then do we begin. Nothing is treated until you have seen what you are saying yes to.
The same experienced dentist, the same instruments, the same chair. What changes is the depth of the finish and how much of it travels home with you. Payment by cash (Vietnamese Dong), Visa/Mastercard, or bank transfer.

Twenty-five years of clinical evidence is now settled on this point: professional whitening, at the concentrations a dentist uses chairside, does not damage enamel. What you may feel is short-lived sensitivity that resolves within 24 to 48 hours. The desensitising preparation included with Pro and Signature reduces it considerably for most patients. Unsupervised home kits are a separate matter, and the reason we do not recommend them.
The instruments, the protocols and the materials are the same: we use Philips Zoom systems, 3M and Ivoclar gels, all imported and traceable. What differs is the cost of running a clinic in Vietnam. Rent, staffing and regulatory overhead here are a fraction of what they are in Sydney, Auckland or London, and that gap is the one you are benefiting from. Our dentists are internationally trained; our outcomes are measured and on record. You are not paying less for less. You are paying less because the market is different.
For a stay of five to ten days, Pro is the package most of our patients choose. Three measured cycles, a deeper finish, comfortably fitted into any itinerary. If you have other treatment planned (implants, veneers, crowns), we always sequence whitening first, so the restorations are colour-matched to your finished shade rather than your starting one. Signature adds a fitted take-home kit so the result lasts well past the flight home. Express is reserved for genuine layovers (four-hour Hanoi stopovers and similar), nothing longer.
Yes, and the order matters. Whitening is sequenced first so that crowns, veneers and implant caps can be matched to your finished shade, never the other way round. Mention any other treatment you are considering on the booking form and our clinical team will plan the full itinerary, in writing, before you fly.
Twelve to twenty-four months, in most cases. The range is honest, because diet (coffee, red wine, tea, tobacco) and lifestyle make a difference. At discharge you receive a printed shade reference card so any drift over time is yours to track, not ours to estimate. Most AU, NZ and UK patients return every eighteen months, or maintain with the Signature home kit in between.
If the spectrophotometer reading does not meet the agreed target shade, the treatment is on us. There is no clause beneath that one, no asterisk, no fine print. Separately, if anything else about the appointment falls short of what you were promised, the flagship manager reviews the case personally. We would rather refund a fee than send a patient home unhappy. The clinic has been run that way since 2013, and there is no plan to change it.
